# Reprocess Claims

If something went wrong and your members were not able to pass their quests correctly, you fix the quest setup and reprocess their past claims without forcing them to claim the quest again.

When you're reprocessing a quest claim, the past claim gets processed with your latest quest settings.

Here is how to reprocess claims:

1. Go to **Claims**: <https://domino.run/claims>

2. **Filter** for the claims you want to reprocess

3\. Click **Bulk Actions** -> **Reprocess claims** to reprocess all visible claims.

4. You can also Reprocess claims one by one by clicking on a claim -> Clicking the three dots -> **Reprocess claim**
