View and manage your Automation history

See what each Automation run did

Automation history displays a log of all Automations that have run. You can use it to review your account and troubleshoot Automations.

Automation runs

Domino records info about each Automation run that occurs. You can view Automation runs from the Automation history page or from within the .

Review runs from the Automation history page

The History page displays up to 10 Automation runs per page. Each Automation run in the list displays the Automation run status so you can see whether your Automation ran successfully or not. You can use the search bar to Search for specific Automation or filter by:

  • Name

  • Run Status

  • Specific Steps

  • Inputs/outputs

  • Any piece of data or content inside a run

Select an Automation run from the list to view its Automation run details.

Review runs from the Automation Builder

In the Automation history page, the Automation runs tab displays up to 10 Automation runs per page. Each run in the list displays the run status so you can see whether your Automation ran successfully or not.

  • Open your Automation in the Automation editor.

  • In the left sidebar, click the Automation History icon to expand it.

  • Select an Automation run from the list

  • The editor will display the Automation run status for each step in the workflow.

Tip: To replay errored Automation runs:

  • Click on a run.

  • Click Replay in the top right corner
